How to install and use the reaction kettle? When covering the reaction kettle, first place the sealing ring, then press the kettle cover in a fixed position and carefully place it on the kettle body. The pure copper sealing ring, the pot body, and the pot cover are sealed with conical contact, and the main bolts are tightened to compress each other, achieving the purpose of sealing. Special attention should be paid to the sealing surface. When tightening the main bolt, the specified tightening torque should not be exceeded to prevent the sealing surface from being squeezed or accelerated. After the sealing surface is damaged, it needs to be reworked and repaired in order to restore good sealing performance. When tightening the bolts, they must be tightened diagonally and symmetrically several times, with even force. The lid of the pot is not allowed to tilt to one side to achieve good sealing effect. During assembly, all threaded connections should be coated with oil or oil and graphite.

Strictly follow the working pressure and temperature marked on the product nameplate for operation and use to avoid danger. Strictly follow the regulations on cooling and refueling in the product manual, and maintain the equipment properly. When all valves are in use, the valve stem (needle) should slowly rotate and the valve cover should be pressed tightly to achieve a sealing effect. It is not easy to use excessive force when closing to avoid damaging the sealing surface. The control instruments should be operated by dedicated personnel and overload protection facilities should be installed according to regulations.

Before operation, carefully check for any abnormalities. During normal operation, the terminals on the upper cover and board should not be opened to avoid electric shock.

Measuring instruments should be calibrated regularly to ensure accurate and reliable operation.

The heating speed should not be too fast, and the pressurization should be carried out slowly, especially the stirring speed, which can only be slowly increased. In the event of a power failure, the speed control knob should be reset to zero.

Do not cool quickly to prevent damage caused by excessive temperature difference and pressure.

During the operation of the reaction kettle, cooling water must be introduced into the water jacket between the coupling and the kettle cover to control the working temperature of the magnetic steel and avoid demagnetization.

It is strictly prohibited to strike and twist bolt and nut joints under high pressure.

After a period of use, the bursting disc will age and fatigue, reduce the bursting pressure, and may also have medium adhesion, affecting its sensitivity. It should be replaced regularly, usually once at a time, to prevent failure.

It is strictly prohibited to disassemble under pressure.

Attention: To ensure the normal service life of the reactor, enamel reactors are not suitable for the reaction and polymerization of the following media or materials. Chemical process, such as storage and heat exchange.

1)Any concentration and temperature of hydrofluoric acid and media or materials containing fluoride ions.

2)Phosphoric acid medium or material with a concentration greater than 30% and a temperature greater than 180 ℃

3)Alkaline media or materials with a pH value greater than 12 and a temperature higher than 80 ℃.

4)The reaction process of alternating acid and alkali substances.

5)When the temperature of the enamel reactor changes violently, excessive stress can cause porcelain explosion and damage the equipment. Therefore, the temperature should be raised or lowered during use to prevent the accumulation of cold and heat.
