The stepless speed regulation function can fully meet the different process requirements in each process, and different speeds can be selected according to different process stages.         Working principle of high-speed disperser:

        The serrated circular dispersion disk of the high-speed dispersion machine completes the process of solid-liquid dispersion, wetting, depolymerization, and stabilization through high-speed dispersion in the container.

        ①Make the slurry flow in a rolling annular flow, generating strong vortices, and the surface particles of the slurry spiral down to the bottom of the vortex;

        ②A turbulent zone is formed at the 2.5-5mm edge of the dispersion disk, and the slurry and particles are subjected to strong shear and impact;

        ③Two beams are formed outside the area, upper and lower, and the slurry is fully circulated and flipped;

        ④The dispersion tray of the disperser is in a laminar flow state, and the slurry layers with different flow rates diffuse with each other, playing a dispersing role. The high-speed disperser has various functions such as hydraulic lifting, 360 degree rotation, and stepless speed regulation. It can be equipped with 2-4 containers at the same time, with a hydraulic lifting stroke of 1000mm and a 360 degree rotation function, which can better meet the multi-purpose needs of one machine. It can switch from one cylinder to another in a short time for operation, greatly improving work efficiency and reducing manual labor intensity.
